Apiculture is the scientific method of rearing honeybees. Thanks to Community Initiatives Support Services for helping us with training on apiculture. Our aim this year is to donate 50 beehives to women groups. The training is ongoing and thereafter we'll entrust them with beehives which according to the Community Initiatives Support Services it can last for 5-7 years and honey can be harvested four times a year.
When it comes to making a toilet eco-friendly, the primary concern is water usage i.e reducing gallons of water per flush. This aims at conserving natural resources, and lessening the impact on the Earth. We have ecological toilets projects with the women group, our target is to construct 15 units this year and so far we have done two eco-toilets in two rural primary schools.
